§Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

§Eligibility

Access to and use of the viv188 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

1. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
2. You must be at least 21 years of age. viv188 does not permit any person under 21 to register an Account or place any Wager. This minimum age requirement applies regardless of the age of majority recognized by your local jurisdiction.
3. You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online betting in your jurisdiction before using viv188.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of viv188, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or suspended from the viv188 Platform under Clause 12 of this Agreement.
6. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

§Account Registration

To access the full range of viv188 services, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following conditions apply to all Accounts on the Platform:

1. One Account Per Person: Each natural person may hold only one Account on viv188. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multiple Accounts — whether under the same name or different names — is strictly prohibited. viv188 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and confiscate any balances held therein if multiple Accounts are detected.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. viv188 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify viv188 immediately via live chat if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account.
4. KYC Verification: viv188 may require you to complete KYC verification at any time, including prior to your first withdrawal. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license, accompanied by proof of address. Processing of withdrawal requests may be suspended until KYC verification is complete.
5. Non-Transferability: Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party. Funds in your Account may not be transferred to another Account on the Platform.
6. Account Currency: All Account Balances on viv188 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to IDR at the exchange rate applied by the relevant payment provider at the time of the transaction.

§Deposits & Withdrawals

viv188 offers a range of Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) payment methods to facilitate deposits and withdrawals, including local bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri, and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

4.1 Deposits

• All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. viv188 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Deposit screen within your Account dashboard at the time of the transaction.
• Deposits are typically credited to your viv188 Account Balance within one to five minutes of a confirmed transfer. viv188 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider.
• viv188 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit if it triggers internal anti-money-laundering checks or if the source of funds cannot be reasonably verified.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your viv188 Account. viv188 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed. viv188 may request updated KYC documentation at any time for compliance purposes.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within five minutes to twenty-four hours, depending on the payment method selected and the volume of pending requests at the time. Processing times may be longer during Indonesian public holidays.
• Any active Bonus Wagering Requirements attached to your Account Balance must be satisfied in full before the portion of your Balance derived from Bonus funds may be withdrawn. Real-money deposits are not subject to Wagering Requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to KYC completion.
• viv188 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

§Bonuses & Promotions

viv188 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms prevail.

1. All bonuses are subject to Wagering Requirements that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is stated on the individual promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed.
2. Bonuses are issued in IDR and are credited to your Account as Bonus Balance, which is tracked separately from your real-money Balance. Wagers are typically drawn from real-money Balance first before Bonus Balance, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
3. Each bonus is available once per eligible Account, per promotion period, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times — including by creating additional Accounts — will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds.
4. viv188 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. Modifications will not affect bonus claims that have already been accepted and are in progress at the time of the modification, unless the modification is required for compliance or fraud-prevention reasons.
5. Bonuses may not be exchanged for cash, transferred to another Account, or combined with other offers unless the specific promotion terms expressly permit this.
6. viv188 reserves the right to decline a bonus request, cancel a bonus, or recalculate bonus-related winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any form of wagering designed to satisfy Wagering Requirements without genuine risk (e.g., placing opposing wagers on the same event across the Platform or between the Platform and another operator).

§Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on viv188 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product (sportsbook, live casino, slots, Sic Bo). The following general rules apply across all products:

1. A Wager is final and cannot be cancelled or amended once it has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform. The Platform displays a confirmation screen before the Wager is submitted; it is your responsibility to verify all details before confirming.
2. In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest pricing error that affects the displayed odds, prices, or game results, viv188 reserves the right to void affected Wagers and return stakes to the relevant Accounts. viv188's determination of what constitutes a technical error or manifest pricing error is final.
3. viv188 offers live (in-play) betting on selected sporting events. Live odds are updated in real time and may be suspended without notice during critical match moments (goals, red cards, VAR reviews). Wagers submitted during a suspension period will be voided and stakes returned.
4. All casino games on viv188 use certified random number generators (RNG) or physically verifiable live dealer outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are available on the individual game information pages.
5. viv188 reserves the right to impose maximum Wager limits and maximum payout limits on a per-event, per-market, per-game, and per-Account basis. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface and may be adjusted without notice.
6. In the event of a disagreement about a Wager outcome, the records held by viv188's server logs constitute the definitive record. Any claim must be submitted to customer support within 72 hours of the disputed event.

§Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on viv188. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account credentials.
• Providing false, forged, or third-party identity documents during KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to place Wagers, exploit odds, or interact with the Platform in any way not intended for human users.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider-information betting on any sporting event offered on the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players at live casino tables or in any competitive game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any financial transaction related to illegal activity.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, system vulnerabilities, or RNG weaknesses (including "seed harvesting" or timing-based exploit strategies on casino games).
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting across promotions, using multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, or systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to exhaust Wagering Requirements without genuine engagement.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward viv188 customer support staff or other Players.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory using VPN, proxy, or other geo-circumvention technology.

§Intellectual Property

All content on the viv188 Platform — including but not limited to the viv188 brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, graphics, text, software, game content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of viv188 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Platform content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software; use the viv188 brand name or logo in any commercial context without prior written consent; or create derivative works based on any Platform content.

Game content (including slot titles, live casino streams, and table game interfaces) is licensed to viv188 by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and others. All intellectual property rights in game content remain with the respective game providers.

§Privacy & Data

viv188 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the viv188 Privacy Policy.

The types of personal data collected by viv188 include, without limitation: registration information (name, date of birth, address, contact details); KYC documents; financial transaction records; betting history; device and browser information; and IP address logs. This data is used for Account management, fraud prevention, AML compliance, customer support, and — where you have provided consent — for direct marketing communications.

viv188 does not sell personal data to third parties. §Responsible Gaming

You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that losses are possible. viv188 strongly recommends that you set a personal budget before using the Platform and that you treat gambling solely as a form of entertainment rather than a source of income or a method to recover financial losses.

If you believe that your gambling behavior is becoming problematic, you are encouraged to contact viv188's 24/7 Indonesian-speaking customer support team via live chat to activate a cooling-off period or self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and may cover periods from one week to permanent exclusion, as selected by the Player.

§Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, viv188 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if viv188 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failure, Force Majeure events, or third-party infrastructure outages.
• Any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, prices, or game results caused by third-party data feed errors, provided that viv188 acts promptly to correct any identified error.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including Betting Tips content, which is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.

Nothing in this Clause limits viv188's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. viv188's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.

§Suspension & Termination

viv188 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a withdrawal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Detection of multiple Accounts held by the same natural person.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct directed at Platform staff or other Players.
• At the Player's own voluntary request (account closure or self-exclusion).

Upon Account closure, any real-money Balance remaining in the Account (net of any pending Wagering Requirements and any funds subject to ongoing investigation) will be returned to the Player via the Player's most recently used verified withdrawal method within a reasonable time, subject to KYC completion. Bonus Balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not satisfied applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

§Amendments

viv188 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, viv188 will notify registered Players by posting a notice on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. In some cases, viv188 may also send a notification to the email address associated with your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of an updated version of these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and contact customer support to arrange Account closure and withdrawal of any remaining real-money Balance.

§Governing Law

viv188 operates under an internationally recognized gaming license issued by a recognized offshore gaming jurisdiction. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which viv188 holds its gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation or mediation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this Clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence. Players located in Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling is subject to specific legal restrictions under Indonesian law and that they access and use the Platform at their own legal risk. viv188 makes no representation that the Platform is legal or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction.
